We want you to be completely satisfied with your PrintAPaw portrait. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Process

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label

  • Pack the portrait securely in its original packaging

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Return Conditions

  • • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • • Original packaging must be intact
  • • Custom orders may be subject to additional review
  • • Shipping costs are non-refundable
